The goal of this session is to acquaint church leaders with specific information about the theological and organizational model of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). A heavy emphasis on the historical roots and basic practices of the congregation is provided as a means of developing church leaders who not only know but can accurately and eloquently share their faith beliefs. The study is an excellent primer for anyone who feels the call to a leadership position in the church.
