  • A study on a movie about . . . vampires? That's right! As Christians we are called to be in a world filled to the brim with cultural phenomena and if Twilight does not count as a phenomena nothing will.

Based on the first book in a four-book series by Stephanie Meyer, Twilight delves into the lives of two teenagers whose forbidden love faces the threat of death, eternal life, choosing the "right" way to live, and a myriad of warnings from others.

Teenage girls in particular have flocked to the theaters to watch the movie. This study assumes most participants have seen the movie. The film is reviewed and three scenes are described with reflection questions for discussion in group.
