Can there be a balance between church and state? Come to your own decision in this one-session adult study, "Should Christians Support Their Government?" In the study, Christians will be asked to tackle difficult questions like:
- Is rejecting secular authority an appropriate Christian response?
- How partisan should a Christian be?
- Should the church be involved in politics?
The study includes a Participant's Handout and a Leader's Guide featuring prayers, Scripture for reflection, discussion questions, and a video suggestion.
There are also some helpful books available from the Thoughtful Christian that can serve as additional resources, including Dare We Speak of Hope? and The Bible in Politics, Second Edition.
