Music is a powerful influence in the lives of many people, especially youth. How is the music we are listening to informing what we know and believe about ourselves, about humanity, and about our God?
This session invites youth to examine some contemporary songs and evaluate them as well as think about their favorite tunes. It is not meant to tell youth what to listen to; rather, it is a fun session, looking at what the Bible says about music and its importance and providing some framework with which to judge whether a specific song adds to what we believe about God and life or not.
