Downloadable Products
How do I download a study?
When you have completed the checkout process you will be on the Order Confirmation page. The easiest way to download your purchased products immediately is to go to your purchased products page by clicking on the "View Orders and Download Products" link located at the top of the page. You must be signed in to see the "View Orders and Download Products" link. Once you are on the page, click on the title of the study that you want to download. This will take you to the product page for that study where you will be given the option to download using a PC or a MAC.

You will notice in the instructions below that you will be clicking on buttons that say "Run" instead of "Save." This is because there are multiple PDFs in the folder and your browser is not only saving the file to your computer, but also "unzipping" the folder so that you can access all of the files. If a downloadable study is only one document, instead of the options to Download PC or Download Mac, you will see the option that reads Download PDF. When you click this link,it will give you the option to open or save the file.

Note: if you are a subscriber to our study program, as long as you are signed in, you can quickly download any study on the site.

If using a PC with Windows

What should I do if I lose a study that I already downloaded?
Sign in. Click on the "My Account" link in the gray box at the top right of the page. Scroll down the page until you see the "Digital Product Downloads" section near the bottom of the page. Open this section by clicking on the plus sign (+). Click on the linked title of the study that you want to download. This will take you to the product page, where you can download the product using the links in the blue box located under the price on the right side of the page. Once a study is purchased, you own it and never need to pay for it again. If you have purchased a subscription, simply search the site for the study you lost and download it again. Remember that you have unlimited access to all downloadable products as long as you have an active subscription.

Can I return a study after I purchase and download it?

Unfortunately, since you download permanent PDF files, we are not able to issue a refund for purchased studies. If you would like to see examples of our studies before trying them out, check out our free studies and tools here.

How can I e-mail the studies after I download them?

PDF files can be sent via e-mail as an attachment.

Where can I find a full list of studies that have been published?
Once you click on the Site Map link (located at the bottom of each page), you will see a listing of links at the top of this page that are divided by audience. Each of these links downloads a Word document that shows the full listing of downloadable studies in this category. The last link is a Word document that only lists the most recent twenty-five studies published. Many groups will download these documents in order to keep track of the studies that they use, or will hand them out to group members at the beginning of an educational season so that they may vote for the studies they would like to use.

Can I make photocopies for my friend in another church, or e-mail the studies for them to use in their classes?
No. Individuals and churches are given permission to make photocopies of studies they download for use in a single class or to e-mail student handouts to class participants. Permission is not granted for distribution of these studies outside of your congregation. Those who distribute copyrighted materials from this Web site are in violation of these policies, and in violation of U.S. copyright laws, will have their access to the site revoked.

Can other people use my account?
You can add up to four additional users to the account at no additional charge. Each person added to the account will be given a unique Username and Password. These additional users may only be from your congregation; you may only use and share studies with persons within your own congregation.

How can I add an additional user to my account?
To add an additional user you will first need to sign in. Then you want to click on the link at the top of the page that reads: "Hello - Your Name (Edit Profile)." Once you are on your profile page you want to click on the "Manage Users" link. From there you will enter their information and click on the "Add" button to add them to your account. The system will then send an e-mail to the user.

If they already have an account set up, the e-mail will welcome them and let them know that they now have subscription access. If they do not have an account with us, the e-mail will assign them a username and password. They may change their password at any time.

If you would like to add on more than four additional users, you can purchase a pack of five additional users for $12.00. This option is below the fields where you entered the original four additional users.

You may remove an additional user at any time by clicking the "Remove" button next to the user's name in the "Manage Users" section. By removing a user you can free up space to add new additional users.
