고린도전서
예수님이 답이다

교회는 이 땅에서 하나님 나라를 확장해 나가기 위해  최전방에 세워진  부대입니다. 사도 바울은 세속의 문화가 그 어느 도시보다 강한 고린도 지역에 교회를 세웠고, 그로 말미암아 교회는 거세게 밀려오는 영적 공격을 받을 수 밖에 없었습니다. 신생 교회였던 고린도 교회는 그러한 공격을 받으며 어찌할 바를 몰랐고, 바울은 고린도 교회가 그러한 공격들을 이겨내고 참다운 교회로 성장해 갈 수 있도록 돕기 위해 이 책을 썼습니다: “예수 그리스도가 우리 주님이십니다 !” “예수그리스도가 답입니다!”

이 교재는 주님의 성전인 우리가 일상 속에서 그리고 교회 생활 가운데 “주” 를 새롭게 발견하고 그리스도의 장성한 분량까지 자랄 수 있기를 소망하면서 쓰여졌습니다.

Jesus is the answer

The church is like an Army established at the forefront of the battlefield to expand the Kingdom of God on earth. Apostle Paul planted the Corinthian church where secular culture had been stronger than any other places. As we can imagine, the church was exposed to all kinds of attacks from the enemy. The new-born Corinthian church didn’t know what to do with those attacks. So Paul wrote the letter to the Corinth to help them navigate the whirlwind of the battles and to grow into maturity. “Jesus Christ is our Lord!” “Jesus Christ is the answer!” This material is written in the hope that we can discover “the Lord” in our church life as well as in our daily life and to grow and mature into the full stature of Christ.
