Due to the safety and health concerns for our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a work-from-home program until further notice and will be working Monday - Friday from 8a - 5p EST. Please note that our phone hours have changed and we will be available from 10a - 5p EST.

We will still be processing orders from the website. Additionally, if you have questions, concerns, or wish to change a standing order, email us at customer_service@presbypub.com. You will receive an auto-reply email to inform you of the work-from-home policy and that our staff are working diligently to respond to all requests, but that response times may take longer than usual.

You may also call the number below and leave a voice mail and one of our representatives will call you back. However, our response time may be slower than normal.

Inmediatamente recibirá un mensaje automático que detalla las normas que tiene nuestro personal para el trabajo desde el hogar y como éste estará laborando diligentemente para responder a sus inquietudes. Sin embargo, es posible que la respuesta se tarde más de lo normal.

También pueden llamar al número que aparece abajo y dejar un mensaje para que alguien del servicio a la clientela le devuelva la llamada. Sin embargo, es posible que esto también tarde más de lo usual.
