예수님을 닮기 위해 우리가 날마다 훈련하고 실천해야 할 덕목들 중에 ‘겸손’이 있습니다. 예수님은 영광스러운 하늘 보좌를 버리고 이 땅에 내려오심으로, 모든 사람들을 섬기심으로, 그리고 수치스러운 십자가에 올라가 죽으심으로 겸손을 보여주셨고, 겸손한 자가 천국에서 가장 큰 자라고 가르쳐 주셨습니다. <2022사순절 묵상집: 겸손>을 읽고 묵상하고 훈련함으로 주님의 겸손이 체득되어지는 은혜가 있기를 소망합니다.
We Christians must practice ‘humility’ everyday to grow into the fullness of Jesus Christ. He showed what humility was by coming down to earth from heaven, serving everyone, and dying on the cross. And Jesus taught that those who humble themselves are the greatest in heaven. I hope and pray that Jesus will grant great grace to everyone who read, meditate, and practice <2022 Lenten Devotional: Humility> so that they can be much closer to Jesus in humility.
