그리스도인에게 의무이자 권리는 신앙 훈련을 통해 그리스도의 장성한 분량에 까지 이르는 것, 곧 성장하는 것입니다. 이 교재는 성장을 위한 그리스도인의 신앙 훈련에서 기초 과정에 해당되는 BASIC, 중급 과정에 해당되는 POWER, 고급 과정에 해당되는 SAINT 로 구성되어 있습니다. 각 과정의 알파벳은 영어 단어의 첫 글자로서 하나의 훈련 주제를 나타냅니다. 영적 성장은 신앙 연수에 비례하는 것이 아니라, 신앙 훈련을 어떻게 체계적으로 하느냐에 달려있습니다. 이 교재는 영적으로 성장하기 위해서 반드시 훈련해야 하는 15가지 주제를 선정하여 누구나 이해하기 쉽게 설명해 놓았습니다. 또한 영적 훈련의 각 주제들을 어떻게 훈련해야 할지에 대해서도 제안해 놓았습니다. 이 교재를 가지고 공부하고 훈련하는 모든 성도들에게 영적 진보가 일어나기를 소망하며 기도합니다.

This resource is structured into three levels of Christian spiritual training for growth: BASIC (for beginners), POWER (for intermediate), and SAINT (for advanced). The alphabets of each level represent the first letter of an English word, signifying a training theme. Spiritual growth does not depend on the number of years of faith but on how systematically one undertakes spiritual training. This resource selects 15 essential topics for spiritual growth and explains them in a way that anyone can easily understand.
