Our Kids and Mental Health
Talk to any adult, and they’re sure to tell you that the Covid pandemic has turned their world upside down. And as tough as the past 2+ years have been on grown-ups, this time has perhaps been even more frightening and destabilizing for children and teens. Some Presbyterian churches have addressed this problem by working with youth to equip them with coping skills, often rooted in prayer, mindfulness and creative activity, and the results have been encouraging and comforting.
