Designed for learners of all ages, it explores the biblical foundations of each practice, its place in Christian tradition, and the ways it can shape faithful living today.

Each unit invites participants to examine one essential practice of Christian discipleship. Most units include four sessions, with three expanded six-session units that are ideal for use during Lent. Every session explores a different aspect of the featured practice, helping participants develop a deeper understanding of what it means to follow Jesus at church, at home, and in the world.

Created for congregation-wide learning, Follow Me provides age-appropriate resources for young children, children in multiage groups, youth, and adults—all exploring the same practice. This coordinated approach creates meaningful connections across generations and extends learning beyond individual classes into worship, family conversations, and daily life.The Congregational Guide provides materials for the pastor, educator, and church leaders to connect the practice with congregational worship and life and includes worship helps, a two-page discussion guide useful for more casual discussion settings, an intergenerational session, children’s worship leaflets, and a page for families to use to engage the unit concepts at home.

Free conversation starter videos complement the Adult Leader Guides and help encourage thoughtful group discussion. Featuring the writers of the curriculum’s foundational essays, the videos offer additional insight into each practice and explore the focus of each session in greater depth.

Each unit’s video series includes an overview and a separate video for every session. These videos can be incorporated easily into adult classes, small groups, and other learning settings.
