Pressure is a reality in all our lives. However, youth today face more pressures than ever before. What would happen if, at a young age, they learned to identify the pressures they face and feel and be given some tools to deal with them?
This one-session study invites youth to identify the various pressures in their lives, experience a guided meditation, discuss ways of handling pressure, and be reminded that God is with us always, in those high-pressure moments and in peaceful times.
