  • Far from being the source of comedy as it is often portrayed in film or books, bullying is a serious public health problem with the potential to shape the life of a child for good or for ill. No young person should have to endure being bullied. Nor should adults stand by and do nothing when they know a teen is engaging in bullying behaviors. Whether the bully, the bullied, or the bystander, a young person needs his or her parents to help address the issue in faithful ways. This study provides facts about what bullying is and isn't and offers suggestions for what parents can to do support their teen.
