Jesus in the Gospel of Mark
Mark is the earliest gospel written about AD 70 when Jerusalem was destroyed by Romans. The early church has some oral tradition of Jesus' ministries and teachings and Mark wanted to write as witness on suffering death of Jesus and his resurrection with his sayings, healing ministries and calling disciples. The gospel tells short but vivid stories of Jesus who is truly human being as well as truly Son of God.
