Liberating is ongoing, and unending. And so is theology. From time to
time, it is helpful to look back to discern, and to address, quest(ion)s
that haunt current practices. This book looks back over the journey of
liberation theology, and it also looks forward, guided by the insights
and wisdoms of scholar/activists and practitioners from the global south
(Africa, Latin America, Asia, Caribbean, Oceania) plus a few allies
from the global north. It reflects on the journey of Liberation Theology
as it engages current realities - from technology to queer experience -
that are largely ignored by mainline theologies.
