Robbie asks questions of the text, and points out confusing parts, in a way that "sophisticated" church people are often afraid to do. As such, the Robbie conversations are a meaningful and effective way to engage the text in an open-ended and playful way. These scripts are designed for use during "children's time" in worship and can also be used as part of a Sunday or midweek Christian education program based on the lectionary. Each script is written for two readers: "Robbie" and one other person. The book includes a disk containing the scripts and permission is granted to duplicate the scripts for use within the congregation.
