This study is designed to help the participants explore their own understanding of science and its relationship to their faith. There are a number of strategies and activities presented in this guide to assist group members in expressing their beliefs and their understandings of the physical world. By the end of the session, participants will have developed a better understanding of how the church has related to the scientific community throughout history, how the church relates to the scientific community today, and how each person in the group comes to terms with the connection between their own personal faith and understanding of science.
