Discover how the nativity story is celebrated in each of the Gospels with this unique four-session study pack based on Christmas Accounts in the Gospels: An Adult Advent Study. It encourages youth to see how Christmas is observed in each Gospel by comparing the defining characteristics of each Gospel to homes that Christians can visit. To help youth better visualize what the houses would look like, illustrations of each Gospel house are provided by artist Kevin Burns based on his interpretation of that Gospel’s shape and character.* Together youth will reflect on the different perspectives offered in each Gospel house and ponder the various themes found in each Gospel, including: lifting the lowly, finding hope, seeking simplicity, seeing God’s presence among us, and more.

Each week includes a Participant Handout and a Leader's Guide that helps a leader facilitate a forty-five minute session. All of the Leader's Guides feature various exercises including prayers, reflection and discussion questions, group activities, and teaching alternatives.
